Account Registration

To access certain features of the marketplace, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided during registration.

Purchases

All purchases made on DesignX are final. Digital files are available for immediate download after successful payment confirmation. Buyers are encouraged to review product descriptions, license types, and file formats before completing a purchase.

Vendor Terms

Vendors must submit original designs that do not infringe on any third-party rights. All submitted designs are subject to review before being published. DesignX reserves the right to remove listings that violate our quality standards or policies.

Intellectual Property

Designers retain ownership of their original work. Upon purchase, buyers receive a license to use the design as specified in the applicable license type (Standard or Extended). Redistribution or resale of digital files in their original form is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

DesignX acts as a marketplace platform and is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any design purchased on the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
